Ingredients: One cup frozen blueberries, one whole banana, and a splash of orange juice.
Method: Thaw blueberries in cold water until they’re just a little mushy. Break up the banana into three smaller pieces. Put the blueberries and the banana in a blender with the orange juice (the more juice you add the thinner your smoothie will be). Blend to your desired consistency, top with chia seeds, and enjoy!
